Website
Delivering the page to you
When you open the site, the infrastructure provider that delivers the page processes your connection details. This is a technical necessity for the page to load and for automated attacks to be blocked.
- Data processed
- IP address, browser information, the address of the requested page and the time of the request
- Purpose
- delivering the page to you and protecting the site's infrastructure against automated attacks
- Legal basis
- legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) — our interest in keeping the site up and reachable
- Who receives it and why
- Cloudflare, Inc., so that it can serve the page to you and protect the traffic
- Transfer abroad
- The USA and the provider's data centres around the world; the page is served from the data centre nearest to you, so no single country can be named. The transfer is made under the provider's standard terms of service; the provider does not sign the KVKK standard contract.
- Retention period
- not stored by us; kept in the provider's activity logs for 7 days by default
Contact by WhatsApp, email and phone
When you tap the WhatsApp, email or phone link on the site, the conversation starts in your own app; the site collects no data while doing so. The message and photos you send us are used only to reply to you and discuss the job, and are never added to a marketing list.
- Data processed
- on WhatsApp your phone number, profile name and profile photo, your message, and the photos and location you send · by email your email address, name, message and attachments · by phone your number and the call
- Purpose
- replying to your question or request; discussing the job you need, its location, duration and price
- Legal basis
- directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) — needed so that we can discuss and agree on the job you want done
- Who receives it and why
- WhatsApp LLC, so that your message reaches us · Cloudflare, Inc., to forward emails sent to the business address · Abdullah Dumlu (Yusuf Dumlu's son), who reads and answers emails on behalf of the business, so that you get a reply · Google LLC, so that the email reaches Abdullah Dumlu's Gmail mailbox and is stored there
- Transfer abroad
- for WhatsApp, the USA (WhatsApp LLC) · for email forwarding, the USA (Cloudflare, Inc.) · for the Gmail mailbox, the USA and Google's data centres around the world (Google LLC). For each of the three providers: the transfer is made under the provider's standard terms of service; the provider does not sign the KVKK standard contract.
- Retention period
- your messages are kept in the business's WhatsApp account, mailbox and phone call log; the forwarding record of an email stays at Cloudflare for 31 days
Visit measurement
We measure how often each page is viewed and how fast it loads. This measurement uses no cookies and creates no permanent identifier for you: counting is done on the provider's server with a value regenerated every day from your IP address and browser details, and your IP address is not stored.
- Data processed
- address and title of the page viewed, domain of the site you came from, browser identification string, browser and version, browser language, operating system and version, device type, screen and window size, time zone, time of visit and page load speed measurements; the IP address is used only to generate the daily counting value
- Purpose
- measuring how often each page is viewed and how fast it loads
- Legal basis
- legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) — our interest in knowing which pages of the site are used and how fast they load, so that we can adjust the site
- Who receives it and why
- PostHog, Inc., so that it can perform the count
- Transfer abroad
- Germany (the provider's European cloud, Frankfurt); the provider's infrastructure may route the data through Cloudflare's points around the world in transit. The transfer is made under the provider's standard terms of service; the provider does not sign the KVKK standard contract.
- Retention period
- 1 year; this is the period of the provider's plan and cannot be shortened. The provider states that the record drops out of queries at the end of this period; its documentation does not say when it is physically deleted
Error records
If an error occurs on the site, a technical record is created so that its cause can be found. The record is not meant to collect your name, contact details or anything you write; if such information appears in the error message, it is included in the record.
- Data processed
- error message and code trace, address of the page where the error occurred, browser and operating system information
- Purpose
- finding and fixing the cause of an error on the site
- Legal basis
- legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) — our interest in keeping the site working
- Who receives it and why
- PostHog, Inc., so that it can pass the record on to us
- Transfer abroad
- Germany (the provider's European cloud, Frankfurt); the provider's infrastructure may route the data through Cloudflare's points around the world in transit. The transfer is made under the provider's standard terms of service; the provider does not sign the KVKK standard contract.
- Retention period
- 1 year; this is the period of the provider's plan and cannot be shortened. The provider states that the record drops out of queries at the end of this period; its documentation does not say when it is physically deleted
Map
The Google map in the Contact section is loaded only if you consent. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google's servers.
- Data processed
- IP address, browser information, the address of the page showing the map; any Google cookie stored in your browser (for example, if you are signed in to your Google account)
- Purpose
- showing the business's service area on a map
- Legal basis
- explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) — given through the panel shown on your first visit or the box in the explicit consent text below, and withdrawable at any time
- Who receives it and why
- Google LLC, so that it can show you the map; Google processes this data under its own privacy policy
- Transfer abroad
- The USA and the provider's data centres around the world; no single country can be named. The transfer is made under the provider's standard terms of service; the provider does not sign the KVKK standard contract.
- Retention period
- not stored by us; subject to Google's own retention periods
Cookies and browser storage
The site and the visit measurement use no cookies. A check made after consenting to the map found that Google stored no cookies in the browser; any Google cookie already stored in your browser is sent to Google with the map requests. Only the entries below are written to browser storage, and only in the situations described.
| Name | Purpose | First or third party | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _postHogToolbarParams | settings of the measurement provider's admin tool (project key and server address); written only on a page opened through a special link whose address ends in #__posthog=, and the site contains no such link | first-party storage; written by the measurement provider's code | until you clear your browser data |
| consent | remembers your choice for the map (consent or refusal) and the version of the explicit consent text it was given for, so that the panel does not appear on every page | first-party storage; written by the site's own code | until you clear your browser data or the version of the explicit consent text changes |
A panel appears on your first visit: the notice and the map consent are kept apart, accepting and rejecting are offered in the same way and the map is not pre-selected. You can change your choice with the Cookie settings button in the footer or the box in the explicit consent text below.
